oh also if it's not a jpeg or gif? i think gif. than you have to have a preview image. if it's not below 100X100 which is fairly small

it's the little view of the picture you can click full view and see it close up, it's about the size you get when you click on the link for the picture or the size of your first picture on the main page, i don't know if that makes any sense, but i hope it helps. ^_^
